We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, CraveHome ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations in the near future.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but accidents happen. If your item arrives broken or defective, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage for a full replacement or refund.
Are your textiles and linens machine washable?
Most of our linens and cushion covers are machine washable on a gentle cycle. However, we recommend checking the specific care label attached to each product for detailed maintenance instructions.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, our team has likely begun the fulfillment process, and you will need to follow our standard return procedure once the item arrives.
